DePauw finishes second at Quad

Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw's men totaled 192 points and finished second at the DePauw Quad at Blackstock Stadium. Valparaiso won the meet with 215 points, while Indiana Wesleyan was third with 166 and Butler fourth with 97.

 

Sinon Flory was a double-winner for DePauw as he won the 800 meters in 2:00.47 and the 1,500 in 4:06.24 as was Felix Felder in the long jump (6.53 meters) and the triple jump (12.08 meters). Matthew Behrensmeyer took first in the 3000-meter steeplechase in 10:09.10, while Jeb Ballard won the high jump at 1.88 meters.

 

Brandon Cook of Butler won both the 100 meters (11.31) and the 200 meters (22.94). Valparaiso had a pair of double winners with Adam Wierciak taking first in the 110-meter hurdles (15.57) and the 400 hurdles (57.56) and Todd Goodrick winning both the shot put (15.15 meters) and the hammer (42.93 meters).
