Flory to compete at NCAA Championships

Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw senior Simon Flory has earned qualification into the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships. Flory qualified in the 3,000-meter steeplechase which will be contested at 5:25 p.m. on Friday, May 28, at Millikin University.

 

Flory, a four-time Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference champion in the steeplechase, finished 10th in Division III in the event in 2002 and 13th last year. Flory's entry time of 9:11.17, which was achieved on April 9 at the Indiana Little State Championships is the 11th fastest in Division III.
