DePauw places second at St. Joseph's Invitational

Rensselaer, Ind. - DePauw shot a 297 and finished second at the St. Joseph's College Invitational at the Curtis Creek Country Club. St. Francis (Ill.) won the one-round tournament with a 294.
Jason Schwerdt and Kenton Mess, who was playing as an individual, each shot a 73 to tie for fourth. Sean Toddy shot a 74, while Jay Burkhardt and Josh Abrams each fired a 75. Jordan Voss, also playing as an individual, shot a 76 and Rob Harper added a 77.
DePauw competes in the Anderson Invitational Sept. 19-20.
