DePauw women finish 16th at NCAA Championships

COLFAX, Wis. - In its first appearance in the NCAA Division III Championships, the DePauw women's cross country team finished 16th among 24 teams in the meet held at the Whitetail Golf Course. The Tigers finished with 400 points, while Williams College won with 110. Complete results are available here.

 

Natalie Shaffer led the Tigers by finishing 44th in the field of 215 runners with a time of 22:38.7. Leslie Dillon finished 76th in 23:01.4, while Emily Mason was 145th in 23:49.1 and Lauren Hendrix placed 153rd in 23:56.6.

 

Rounding out DePauw's finishers was Tiffany Carson in 176th place in 24:21.6 and Mandy Willingham in 202nd in 25:13.9

 

Wartburg's Missy Buttry was the individual winner in 20:22.0
