September 9, 2005, Hanover, Ind. - DePauw improved to 5-1 on the season and extended its win streak to five with two victories on the opening day of the Hanover Invitational.

The Tigers opened with a 3-1 win (30-20, 29-31, 30-28, 30-26) over Denison and battled back from a 2-0 deficit to defeat Olivet 3-2 (28-30, 26-30, 30-19, 30-20, 15-8).

DePauw concludes pool on Saturday morning against Franklin.
