October 14, 2005, Jackson, Miss. - The Tigers improved to 6-5 overall and 3-1 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference following a 2-0 win at Millsaps. The Majors dropped to 2-6 overall and 0-3 in the conference.

Emily Petrus scored at 50:00 on an assist from Davis Federspiel and Tory Pavlovich, while Lindsay Lund scored at 76:04 with an assist from Hillary Gerwin.

DePauw outshot Millsaps 34-4 and held a 15-0 advantage in corners.

Brooke Shipley recorded the shutout, while the Majors' Elizabeth Sooby totaled two.

The Tigers travel to Oglethorpe for a Sunday game.
