Sixth-ranked Tigers host NCAA Women's Tennis first and second rounds; live scoring available for two matches

May 4, 2006, Greencastle, Ind. - The sixth-ranked DePauw women's tennis team has earned its second consecutive invitation to the NCAA Division III Championships and its fifth in the last seven years.DePauw was selected as one of two Central Region hosts for first and second round matches. The first round takes place on Friday, May 5, with DePauw (22-1) facing Kenyon (16-7) at 4 p.m. EDT and Denison (17-6) taking on Washington-St. Louis (14-8) at 5:30 p.m. The DePauw-Kenyon match will take place at the Blackstock Courts, while the Denison-Washington match will be held at the DePauw Indoor Tennis and Track Center. The winners advance to Saturday's second round at DePauw at 4 p.m. for the right to advance to the national quarterfinals at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
