Cobb set to compete at Division III Championships

cobb.jpgMay 23, 2006, Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw freshman Adrienne Cobb has qualified for the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships and will compete in the shot put.

Cobb earned a spot in the championships, hosted by Benedictine University in Lisle, Ill., with a season's best shot put of 13.24 meters (43-5 1/4) at the Butler Twilight on May 6.

An all-American at the 2006 Division III Indoor Championships with a seventh-place finish, Cobb will compete on Saturday, May 27, at 11 a.m. CDT.
