Allison Baccich scored the Tigers' first two goals, while Ashley Fehr added the third.
DePauw outshot Transylvania 28-0 and held an 11-0 edge in corners.
The Tigers open Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship play on Saturday, November 4, when they face Centre at 12:30 p.m.
