Tigers move into national rankings

sakel120104.jpgDecember 13, 2006, Greencastle, Ind. - Following Friday's 68-50 win at Maryville, the Tigers improved to 6-1 and moved into the D3hoops.com Top 25 rankings for the first time this season.

DePauw, ranked 24th, totaled 82 points in this week's poll after picking up its fifth straight win. The Tigers' lone loss came at the hands of 23rd-ranked Chicago.

The Tigers return to action on Sunday, December 17, when they host Illinois Institute of Technology at 3 p.m. The game can be heard on WGRE.
