Second-ranked Tigers Win Anderson Invitational

September 10, 2007, Anderson, Ind. - Bolstered by three of the top four individual finishers, the second-ranked Tigers won the Anderson Invitational by 42 strokes over runner-up Franklin. DePauw finished with a 625, while Franklin totaled 667 in the two-round tournament at the Killbuck Golf Course.
Kristen Kriegshauser placed second with a 151, while Ali Murtaugh was third at 152 and Erin Kielty fourth with a 154. Natalie Gough shot a 168 and tied for eighth, while Annie Mail shot a 172 and tied for 14th. Franklin Katie Tewell was the medalist with a 138.
DePauw returns to action on September 22-23 when it hosts the DePauw Small College Classic at the Deer Creek Golf Club in Clayton.
