September 24, 2007, Greencastle, Ind. - Chicago's Marissa Lin won the Wilson/ITA Central Region Singles Championship and then teams with Vindya Dayananda to take the doubles crown. Each advances to the Wilson/ITA Small College Championship in October.

Lin won the singles title after defeating DePauw's Janelle Arita by a 6-2, 6-3 score in the finals. Lin and Dayananda won the doubles crown by a 6-0, 6-3 score over DePauw's Sallie Crawford and Greer Mackie.
