April 12, 2008, Delaware, Ohio - DePauw shot a first-round 324 and is in sixth place at the Lamkin Stirmer Memorial Invitational at the Oakhaven Country Club. Ohio Wesleyan leads with a 299.

DePauw's Alex Burns is tied for 15th at 79, while Peter Haller is tied for 22nd with an 81. Danny Stetson and Joey Piatek each shot an 82 to tie for 28th and Chase King is tied for 55th at 87. Tri-State's Shawn Floyd is the individual leader with a 72.
