19th-ranked DePauw Wins Hokum Karem; Reich and Hollis Claim Individual Honors

2009hokumkaremwomen.jpgSeptember 5, 2009, Crawfordsville, Ind. —  DePauw totaled a meet-low 10 points including the top-two finishing relays and won the Wabash College Hokum Karem. The University of Indianapolis was second with 17 points and Rose-Hulman third with 17.

Lauren Reich and Claire Hollis (pictured) combined to win the meet in 22:30, while Jess Macy and Ellen Mail were second in 22:54.

Melissa Buckley and Kelsey Moore rounded out DePauw's scorers with a seventh-place showing in 24:29.

The 19th-ranked Tigers return to action on September 18 at the Indiana Intercollegiate in Terre Haute.
