Wittenberg Wins Katman Klassic; DePauw's Nick Reardon Earns Medalist Honors

April 11, 2010, Danville, Ind. —  Wittenberg shot a second-round 297 for a two-round total of 592 and won the Katman Klassic at Twin Bridges Golf Club. DePauw was second with a 598, while Benedictine finished third at 631.

DePauw's Nick Reardon was the medalist with a 140 as he shot 70 each day. Wittenberg's Craig Osterbrock was second with a 141 including today's tournament-best round of 68.

Ryan Berra finished fourth at 150, while Chase King was fifth with a 151. Rounding out DePauw's team scores were Ronnie Harris in a tie for 20th at 160 and Peter Haller in a tie for 24th at 161.

Playing as individual for DePauw, Kyle Robbins shot a 154 and finished eighth with Jake Walsh in a tie for ninth at 155. Stewart Burns shot a 167 and tied for 30th followed by Nathan Smith in 35th at 170 and Matt Coffin in 37th with a 176.

The Tigers compete in the Rose-Hulman Invitational, April 17-18.
