Three Tigers Competing at NCAA Track and Field Championships

May 26, 2010, Greencastle, Ind. —  Three DePauw student-athletes are competing at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. Complete details are available through the official site.

Senior Lauren Reich will compete in the 1,500-meter run at 4:15 p.m. today where she enters with the third fastest time of the year and 11th in Division III history. Finals for the event are set for 1:20 p.m. on Saturday. Reich also competes in the 5,000 meters which takes place at 3:55 p.m. on Saturday. She ran Division III's fifth-fastest time in the event this year.

Junior Courtney Lauer competes in the heptathlon which begins today and wraps up on Friday and enters with the 12th best performance this year. Senior Nicole Stein is set to compete in the 400-meter hurdles where she enters with the 16th fastest time. The 400 hurdle prelims are scheduled for 5:20 p.m. with finals at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday.
