DePauw Men Win Gibson Family Invitational

October 9, 2010, Terre Haue, Ind. —  Bolstered by four top-eight finishes, DePauw totaled 38 points and won the Gibson Family Invitational. Berry was second with 60 points and St. Joseph's (Ind.) third with 89.

Pete Richard paced the Tigers with a third-place showing in 27:00, while Tyler Giesting was fifth in 27:04 and Nick Pucillo seventh in 27:12. Nate Kober finished eighth in 27:14 followed by Noah Droddy in 15th in 27:33, Stu Newstat in 21st in 27:44 and Kane Barker in 31st in 28:01.

DePauw competes in the Brooks Invitational in Oshkosh, Wis., on October 16.
