DePauw Men Finish Second at SCAC Championships

October 30, 2010, Seguin, Texas — DePauw totaled 72 points and finished second at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Championships. Colorado College won with 57 points and Rhodes was third with 74.
Noah Droddy led the Tigers with a fifth-place showing in 25:52.7 followed by Nick Pucillo in sixth at 25:54.4 and Pete Richard in eighth in 25:58.7. All three earned all-SCAC honors for finishing in the top 14. Droddy and Pucillo earned the honor for the second straight year.
Adam Cecil placed 26th in 26:29.9 and Nate Kober rounded out DePauw's scorers in 26:30.9. Colorado College's Jackson Brainerd won in 25:09.6.
DePauw competes next at the NCAA Regional in Holland, Mich., on November 13.
