#3 DePauw Women Finish Second at Big Four Classic

Carmel, Ind. - Led by Kelsey Smith's 79, third-ranked DePauw finished second to Division I Butler at the Big Four Classic at Crooked Stick. Butler won with a 308, while DePauw shot a 338 followed by Franklin at 370 and Hanover at 389.
With her 79, Smith (pictured) finished third, while Kelly Gaughan was fifth with an 83 followed by Paige Gooch and Taylor Beaty in a tie for ninth at 88. Abby Dickey rounded out DePauw's lineup in 14th place with a 92. Butler's Michele Nash was the medalist with a 71.
DePauw returns to action at the University of St. Francis Cougar Spring Invitational, April 6-7, in Kendallville, Ind.
