DePauw finishes third at Franklin

Led by Matt Arient's 148, DePauw placed third at the Franklin College Fall Invitational with a two-round 633. Indianapolis won the tournament with a 615 followed by Franklin with a 616.

 

Arient and Franklin's Drew Davis each shot a 148, but Davis was named the medalist after winning the playoff. Other DePauw finishes included Josh Abrams at 162, Michael Bergerson and Jay Burkhardt at 163 and Jason Schwerdt at 164.

 

DePauw competes at the Manchester Invitational on Saturday, October 4, before hosting the DePauw Small College Classic on October 5-6 at Heartland Crossing in Camby, Indiana.
