DePauw totaled 119 points to finish third at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside Invitational. Wisconsin-Whitewater won the 17-team meet with 65 points, while Chicago was second with 70.
Junior Graham Wellman finished third in 25:52 followed by Simon Flory in eighth at 26:31 and Matthew Behrensmeyer in 32nd in 27:15. Rounding out the DePauw scorers were Chad Bennett in 47th in 27:34 and Peter Hogg in 58th in 27:43.
DePauw returns to action on Saturday, November 1, when they host the 2003 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships.
