The Tigers opened the 2003-04 season at Hope and lost to the Flying Dutch by a 146-96 score.

 

Lauren Winter won the 200 individual medley in 2:19.46 and Sarah Eiler took first on the one-meter board with 201.45 points. Anne Mahoney won the 200 breaststroke in 2:40.06 and the 400 medley relay won in 4:18.99
