DePauw wins Anderson Invitational

Anderson, Ind. - DePauw shot a first-round 316 on the way to a 654 total and a 60-stroke win over runner-up Manchester at the Anderson Fall Invitational. The team title was the Tigers' third this year.

 

Sophomore Sarah Gates shot a 153 including a 73 in Saturday's first round to earn medalist honors. Lindsay Amore and Ali Murtaugh each shot 164 followed by Kristen Kriegshauser at 175 and Jill Schneider at 178. Amanda Bollman rounded out the Tigers' scoring with a 188.

 

DePauw returns to action on September 18-19 at the Illinois Wesleyan Invitational.
