13th-ranked Tigers Finish Second at Pre-Regional

October 13, 2007, Grand Rapids, Mich. - The 13th-ranked Tigers totaled 50 points and finished second at the Pre-Regional Meet hosted by Calvin College. Calvin won the meet with 31 points.

Lauren Reich paced DePauw with a third-place showing in 21:57 while Taylor Penrod was fifth in 22:09. Alison Case and Leah Seigel finished 13th and 14th, respectively as each finished in 22:24, while Laura Ardington was 15th in 22:25. Anderson's Gwen Kemple won in 21:12.

DePauw goes after its fifth straight Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference title when it competes in the conference championship on October 27 in Georgetown, Texas.
