Fifth-Ranked Tigers Drop Tight Match to Fourth-Ranked Eagles

March 23, 2008, Atlanta, Ga. - Fifth-ranked DePauw dropped to 8-2 on the season following a 5-4 loss to fourth-ranked Emory. The Eagle improved to 5-7 with the win.

DePauw took a 3-0 lead after winning all three doubles matches, but won just at the number-two slot in singles. The Tigers did drop a three-set match at number three singles.

The Tigers return to action on Tuesday against Oberlin and the University of Chicago in matches played on Hilton Head Island, S.C.
