Tigers Win Barclay Invitational; Harris Earns Medalist Honors

April 5, 2009, Granville, Ohio — DePauw shot a two-round 585 including a second-round 291 and won the Ted Barclay Spring Invitational at the Granville Golf Course. The Tigers won by 16 strokes over Mount Union College.
DePauw's Ronnie Harris earned medalist honors with a 139 and was the tournament leader by five strokes. Chase King tied for fourth with a 146, while Ryan Berry and Peter Haller each tied for eighth with a 150. Jake Walsh rounded out DePauw's finishers with a 165 and tied for 73rd.
The Tigers compete at the Big Four Classic on Thursday at Crooked Stick in Carmel.
