Tigers Place Ninth at Butler Invitational

October 6, 2009, Indianapolis, Ind. — DePauw shot a three-round 894 and finished ninth at the Butler University Fall Invitational at Eagle Creek Golf Club. Wisconsin-Green Bay won the two-day tournament with an 844, while Loyola (Ill.) was second at 847 and Butler third with an 857.
Ryan Berra (pictured) led the Tigers with a 220 including a second-round 71 and finished in a tie for 28th. Ronnie Harris tied for 46th with a 226, while Peter Haller and Nick Reardon each shot 227 to tie for 51st. Chase King rounded out DePauw's lineup with a 231 which tied for 59th. Loyola's Thomas Greene was the tournament medalist with a 203 including a second-round 64.
The Tigers return to action on October 10-11 when they host the DePauw Small College Classic at the Deer Creek Golf Club in Clayton. DIRECTIONS
