DePauw Moves To 2-0 In SCAC With Win At Hendrix
Conway, Ark. (1-5-03) - The 21st-ranked DePauw women scored the final seven points of the first half and 15 of the first 17 of the second half on the way to a 60-39 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference win at Hendrix.
The Tigers never trailed in notching their 10th win in 12 tries and improved to 2-0 in the SCAC. Hendrix slipped to 9-2 overall and 1-1 in the SCAC.
Amy Argetsinger led four DePauw double-figure scorers with 13, while Sarah Zondor added 11 and Jill Schneider and Dana Ferguson each scored 10. Ferguson grabbed nine boards as the Tigers held a 50-34 advantage on the glass. Cacey Smith paced Hendrix with 15 points and nine rebounds.
DePauw hosts Rose-Hulman on Saturday, January 11, at 6 p.m.
