Tigers Remain Ranked Seventh in Nation

September 11, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw totaled 237 points and remained seventh in the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association's Division III Cross Country national poll.
Amherst stayed in the top spot by collecting all eight first-place votes and totaling 280 points. Calvin is second with 266 followed by Wisconsin-Eau Claire with 262 and Luther with 258. Washington-St. Louis is fifth with 243 points and Geneseo St. is sixth with 239.
DePauw finished second in the season-opening Hokum Karem meet and returns to action on Friday, September 19, when it competes in the Indiana Intercollegiates in Bloomington.
