Tigers move to 2-0 with double overtime win

Cailtin Driscoll's goal on Emily Yates' assist with 5:54 left in the second overtime lifted DePauw to a 2-1 win over visiting Centre at McKeen Field. The win lifted DePauw's record to 2-0.

 

Emily Waterman's goal which was assisted by Yates with 4:04 left in the first half put the Tigers ahead 1-0. The Colonels knotted the contest at 1-1 on Meagan Haag's score with an assist from Gina Preston with just 1:24 left.

 

DePauw outshot the Colonels 17-9 on the way to the win. Sara Shalowitz recorded eight saves in goal for the Tigers. 

 

The Tigers return to action on September 6 at Denison.
