Tigers sweep SCAC awards for second straight week

GREENCASTLE, Ind. - For the second consecutive week, DePauw student-athletes swept the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors.

 

Allison Baccich scored three goals in a win over Transylvania and earned the Offensive Player of the Week honor. Ann Stringer recorded a defensive save against Centre to earn the Defensive Player of the Week honors. The Tigers defeated Transylvania 5-2 and Centre 1-0.

 

The Tigers are now 9-5 overall and 4-0 in the SCAC and wrap up SCAC regular season play this weekend with games at Sewanee and Rhodes.
