Baccich named SCAC Offensive Player of the Week

05fhbaccich.jpgSeptember 13, 2005, Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw junior forward Allison Baccich from Wilmette, Ill., has been selected the SCAC Field Hockey Offensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played Tuesday, September 6 through Sunday, September 11.

Baccich scored a hat trick in Sunday's 4-0 win at Wooster. The day before, Baccich had one goal and added an assist in the 4-3 double-overtime loss at Oberlin.

For the season, Baccich has four goals and two assists for 10 points in three matches and leads the league in points per game (3.33).

This mark's Baccich's third SCAC weekly honor in the two seasons of conference play.

The Tigers are 2-1 on the season and return to action on Friday, September 16, when they host Rhodes in a 4 p.m. SCAC game at McKeen Field.
