DePauw Extends Field Hockey Win Streak to Nine

October 2, 2011, Delaware, Ohio — DePauw's Maggie Campbell (pictured) scored once in each half and lifted DePauw to a 2-0 North Coast Athletic Conference win at Ohio Wesleyan.
The Tigers improved to 9-1 overall and 8-0 in the NCAC with their ninth straight win, while the Battling Bishops dropped to 4-7 overall and 2-6 in conference play.
Campbell's first score came on Bridgette Shamleffer's assist at 22.39 with the second occurring at 65:00.
DePauw held a 17-4 advantage in shots and a 9-6 margin in corners. Maggie Steele totaled one save in recording the shutout, while Ohio Wesleyan's Emily Temple had three saves.
The Tigers return to action on Saturday, October 8, when they face Rhodes at Louisville's Sacred Heart Academy.
