April 27, 2006, Winchester, Tenn. - The second-ranked Tiges shot a 339 and lead the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships by four strokes over Oglethorpe.
Ali Murtaugh leads the 41-player field with an 80, while Sarah Gates is third with an 82. Lisa Chambers is 12th with an 88 followed by Lauren Brummett and Kristen Kriegshauser in a tie for 13th at 89.
The second and final round at The Bear Trace concludes on Friday.
