Ninth-ranked DePauw Holds First-Round Lead at Anderson Invitational

Gaughan_Kelly_DePauw_Wgolf_2009.jpgSeptember 5, 2009, Anderson, Ind. —  Ninth-ranked DePauw shot an opening round 322 on Saturday and leads the Anderson Invitational by two strokes over Franklin. Olivet is third with a 327.

The Tigers' Kelly Gaughan (pictured) is second in the field with a 77, while Erin Kielty shot an 81 with Camila Romero and Samantha Stahler following with 82 apiece. Taylor Beaty was next with an 83. Olivet's Megan Rimmel leads with a 76.

Play wraps up on Sunday at the Killbuck Golf Course.
