Tigers Ranked Seventh in Division III

March 6, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - Following a 6-1 start, the DePauw softball team is ranked seventh in the first in-season National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division III Top 25 Poll.

DePauw entered the season ranked eighth, but claimed wins over two 25 teams Emory and Coe on the way to the 6-1 start.

The Tigers were scheduled to play a doubleheader at Transylvania on Friday and two at home on Saturday against Franklin but both doubleheaders have been postponed.
