Tigers Move up to Fifth in National Poll

March 21, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - After seven straight wins last week, the Tigers have moved up one spot to fifth in the latest National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division III Top 25 Poll.

The University of Texas-Tyler tops the poll with all eight first-place votes and 200 points. Lynchburg is second with 185 points, while Linfield is third at 183 and St. Thomas fourth with 180. The Tigers totaled 167 points.

DePauw returns to action on Monday, March 24, when the face Union and Otterbein in games at the Gene Cusic Classic in Fort Myers, Fla.
