Tigers Advance to Consolation Finals

March 17, 2010, Minneapolis, Minn. —  DePauw sophomore Catie Baker and junior Katie Massey advanced to tonight's consolation finals at the NCAA Division III Women's Swimming and Diving Championships at the University of Minnesota.

In today's prelims, Baker finished 11th in 2:06.56 in the 200 individual medley after entering the Championshps seeded 14th in the event. Her time was 1.11 seconds faster than her season's best time. Massey finished 15th in the 50-yard freestyle in 23.88 seconds.

Tonight's finals begin at 6 p.m. CDT.
