Project 35

Project 35 is a program of single-channel videos selected by 35 international curators who have each chosen one work by an artist that they think is important for audiences around the world to experience today.
Project 35 is produced and circulated by iCI (Independent Curators International), New York. The exhibition and tour are made possible by grants from the Cowles Charitable Trust; Foundation for Contemporary Art; the Horace W. Goldsmith Foundation; The Toby Fund; and iCI Benefactors Agnes Gund, Gerrit and Sydie Lansing, Jo Carole Lauder, and Barbara and John Robinson.

This blood drive is free and open to the public. There's an emergency need for blood donations. The summer months oftne find fewer donors and with some of the storms across the country and record heat, donations are down a lot. Please consider rolling up your sleeve and donating blood. To register online go to www.redcross.org. Find the "Give Blood" tab towards the top, click on the blue "Make a blood donation Appointment" rectangle and enter Sponsor Code 6284 or enter zip code 46135 and find the Gobin Memorial UMC Blood Drive. Author, educator and filmmaker Jackson Katz is internationally recognized for his groundbreaking work in the field of gender violence prevention education with men. His book, The Macho Paradox: Why Some Men Hurt Women and How All Men Can Help, and educational videos provide the framework for this critically important convocation and discussion for first-year students. This presentation is supported by grant # 2010-WA-AX-0017 awarded by the Violence Against Women Office, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice. Points of view in this presentation are those of the speaker and do not necessarily represent the official position or policies of the U.S. Department of Justice. You will attend this program with your FYRA and residence hall floor.
