DePauw Duplicate Bridge Club lessons

Faculty/Staff Meditation

Informal meditation meeting every Wednesday in June and July starting at 9 am and lasts no later than 10 am. No experience in meditation is required. We promote an open stance to learning how to meditate and experience the process as a great way to improve wellness. Feel free to bring your own cushion/mat if you have one.
