Lea Hegge from the Green Dot program will provide the framework for a critically important conversation/discussion for DePauw first-year students on sexual violence prevention and resources. Geren Dot takes a comprehensive approach to violence prevention that captilaizes on the power of peer and cultural influence. Informed by social change theory, Green Dot recognizes all community members as potential bystanders and seeks to engage them in proactive behaviors and appropriate interventions to end violence on campus. This program is sponsored by the DePauw VIP Project through a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, VAWA Campus Program.

Drawing from "the rich artistic heritage of African art with its religious, social and magical substance," Willis Bing Davis '59 creates works that draw upon his rich ancestry and heritage.  An alumnus of DePauw University and a former faculty member, Mr. Davis has exhibited work at venues including the Studio Museum of Harlem, American Craft Museum, Renwick Gallery, the Indianapolis Museum of Art, Maryland Institute College of Art, and the Anacostia Museum. #Community #PeelerArtExhibit
