The Alumni Information screen is used to view the client's information that has been entered in the database.
Attention: The information on the Current Student screen is protected by Federal Privacy Law. Disclosure to unauthorized parties violates the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). You must be informed about FERPA and specifically authorized to view this screen. Only access the information needed to complete the assigned or authorized task. The information on the alumni screen can be communicated only to other parties authorized to have access in accordance with the provisions of FERPA.
Do the following to navigate to the Alumni Info screen.
- Alumni Info Screen. On the e-Services page, click on the Alumni Info Screen link.
- The Privacy page appears. Read the privacy statement then click on I understand and agree to maintain the privacy of DePauw constituents link to continue.
- The Alumni Search appears. Instructions are given at the top of the form to find the client's information.
- If more than one client meets the search criteria, another page will show the list of the matches. Select the desired client's name from the list.
The links in the footer allow for navigating back to the Alumni Search or back to the e-Services home page.
