The DPU Info form is a single-row form used to capture information related to the client's career at DePauw.
The following describes the fields for entering the client's DePauw information.
Use the following instructions to link the Merit/Academic Award amount to the client.
- Use the Prospective Student Info Screen to find the client whose award needs to be edited.
- Click on the Edit Merit/Academic Award link that is on the "Financial Aid Awards" header.
- Enter the following on the AD Info form:
- Merit Locked. Click on the Yes radio button.
- Academic Index Award Amount. Enter the award amount.
- Date Academic Award Revised. Enter the appropriate date.
- Save Changes. Click the Save Changes button to save the record and return to the Prospective Student Info screen.
Use the following steps to enter awards for multiple students. The ID numbers of those clients must be immediately available. The address bar of the browser can be edited to eliminate the search step. Do the following:
- Use the Prospective Student Info Screen to find the first client whose award needs to be edited.
- Click on the Edit Merit/Academic Award link that is on the "Financial Aid Awards" header.
- Enter the following on the AD Info form:
- Merit Locked. Click on the Yes radio button.
- Academic Index Award Amount. Enter the award amount.
- Date Academic Award Revised. Enter the appropriate date.
- Save Changes. Click the Save Changes button to save the record and return to the Prospective Student Info screen.
- On the AD Info form, edit the Address Bar of the browser by replacing the number after "i=" and before "&" with the ID of the next client. (ex. https://www.depauw.edu/e/cis/professional/adinfo_form.asp?i=812401 Change the highlighted number with the next client's ID number.)
- Hit the Enter key.
- The next client's record should appear where the three merit fields can be edited. Click on Save Changes to save the client's record.
- Repeat steps 4 through 6 for each client.
