The Interview form is a single-row form used to record the interview write-up of the client.
The client's Person form must be created or navigated to in order to open the client's DPU Info form.
- Interview. Use the Person Search link located at the top of the CIS forms window to open the client's Person form. If the client has not been entered in the Person form, then create the client's Person form before continuing. If the Interview link is not in the toolbar, select Interview from the drop-down list in the toolbar. Finally click on the GO button to open the client's Interview form.
- From Prospective Student Info Screen. Open the client's Prospective Student Info screen from the e-Services page. Click on the Enter Post-Interview Sheet link that is on the "Interview" header. The client's Interview form will open.

The following describes the fields for entering the client's interview information.
Interview Person. Select, from the drop-down list, the name of the interviewer.

Suggestion: The default name in the field is the name of the person who is currently logged in CIS.
Date Interview. Enter the date of the client's interview.
Note: See LOV (Calendar) and Eraser.
Overall Comments. Enter any notes relevant to the client's interview and decisions concerning admission.
Suggestion: See Pencil.
Overall Recommendation. Select, from the drop-down list, the interviewer's recommendation concerning offering the client admission.
Date From. Enter the start date that this recommendation is valid.
Note: The current date is the default entry.
Date To. Enter the end date that this recommendation is valid.
Add Record. Click on Add Record button when all of the fields are correct.
Suggestion. Use the Interview Sheet link to view a printable page to use for the student's file. This link is right next to the Interview Person field.
Don't Save. Click on Don't Save to not record the information
Note: Clicking on Don't Save will close the form without saving the information and will open the previous form.
