Miscellaneous mailings are standard letters or post cards that get mailed to individuals rather than large audiences. The Miscellaneous Mail (Misc Mail) form is a single-row form used to identify items a client should be sent and then adds these items to a queue. This queue enables all individual miscellaneous mailings to be sent out via "bulk" mail.
The Miscellaneous Mail form is linked to the Contact Management Engine. Therefore the links at the top this form are to related Contact Management pages.
- e-Home. This link is to the home page of e-Services.
- CRM Home. This link is to the CRM home page that gives an overview for the Contact Management engine.
- Reports. This link is the e-Services Report Engine page.
- Help. This link is to the help page for the CMR. Use this link for help in completing this form.
- Logout. This link will log you out of e-Services and open the Log-in page.
The client's Person form must be created or navigated to in order to open the client's Misc Mail form.
- Misc Mail. Use the Person Search link located at the top of the CIS forms window to open the client's Person form. If the client has not been entered in the Person form, then create the client's Person form before continuing. Select Misc Mail from the drop-down list in the toolbar. Finally click on the GO button to open the client's Misc Mail form.
- From Prospective Student Info Screen. Open the client's Prospective Student Info screen from the e-Services page. Click on the Add a Miscellaneous Mailing link that is on the "Mailings" header. The Misc Mail form will open.

The following describes the fields for entering the client's miscellaneous mailing records.
- Person. Select, from the drop-down menu the name of the client for this form. The linked person will be the default entry.
Note: LOV (Person Search)
- Regular Mailing Content (1 - 5). The Regular Mailing Content 1 through 5 fields allow up to five different items to be mailed to the client on the selected date. Select, using the LOV, the content title for the mailing to be sent to the client.

- Date To Send. Enter the date that the mailing should be sent to the client.

.- Add Record. Click on Add Record when all of the fields are correct.
- Don't Save. Click on Don't Save to not record the information
Note: Clicking on Don't Save will close the form without saving the information and will open the previous form.
