The Organization Search form is used to find the required information for the desired organization. These organizations may be high schools, other learning institutions, businesses, etc. These organizations may be linked to the client using the Relationship form. This form can be opened by clicking on the Organization Search link located at the top of the CIS window.
Clicking on the Organization Search link will open another window with the Organization Search form.
- Close Window Link. The Close Window link at the top left of the window will close the window without performing a search.
- Label. Enter the name of the desired organization.
Suggestion: Use the "%" wild card in the search for names that have commonality. For example "Smit%" will return all names that start with Smit (Smit, Smiter, Smith, Smither, etc.).
- Find. Click on the Find button to search using the criteria entered in the Label field.
- Please Select Field. The results of the search will be displayed in the Please Select Field. The field will display the organization's name, organization number, city and state. Click on the desired organization to highlight the selection.
- Select. Click on the Select button to open the Organization form for the selected organization.

- Cancel. Click on the Cancel button to cancel the search and close the window.
