Score Form

The Score form is a multi-row form used to record the client's college admission test scores.  This form allows for numerous tests scores to be recorded.

 

Navigating to Form

The client's Person form must be created or navigated to in order to open the client's Score form.

 

Adding Information

The following describes the fields for entering the client's admission test scores.
 

  1. Date Test.  Enter the date that the client took the test.

    Note:  See LOV (Calendar) and Eraser.

     
  2. Test Type.  Select, from the drop-down list, the type of test taken.

    Note:   See Navigating Drop-Down Lists.

     
  3. Test Category.  Select the category of the test taken from the drop-down list.

     
  4. Score.  Enter the score the client achieved on the test.

    Attention: This field can only accept numeric values.

     
  5. Source.  Select, from the drop-down list,  the source of the test score.

    Attention: Clicking on the Red X (Delete) link will pop a window confirming the action of deleting the item.  Clicking on the OK will permanently delete the item.

     
  6. Save Changes.  Click on the Save Changes button to add the records to the form.  An additional record will be added to the form every time the form is saved.
