The Individual Communications allows for logging individual communications such as face to face meetings and phone calls. The Individual Communication Menu displays a list of such communications. From this menu you can:
- Select several different processes to be performed with the selected record.
- View the information regarding the communication.
- Create a new communication record.
The Individual Communication menu is navigated to from the CRM home page. The link is within the Individual Communication section under.
- Review. Clicking on this link will open the Individual Communication menu.
This filter is located at the bottom of the page and can be used to show all of the individual communications for a client.

The following are the information blocks on the Individual Communications menu.
- Comm ID. This is the record number for the Individual Communications record.
- Communication Summary. This summary includes the type of entry and date. It also includes the ID numbers for the recipient and sender.
- Comm Type. This is the type of communication.
The Add Record link is used to open the Individual Communication form. This form is used to record a new communication.

The View link is used to view the Individual Communication Snapshot
- Communication ID. This the communication record number.
- Templatecomm ID. This is ID of the Regular Mailing Communication record. This is used to show a follow-up to a Regular Communication.
- NonTemplatecomm ID. This is ID of the Individual Communication.
- Date From. This is the start date for this record.
- Date To. This is the end date for this record.
- Date Created. This is the date the record was created.
- Created By. This is the ID number of the person who created this record.
- Date Modified. This is the date of the last modification to this record.
- Modified By. This is the ID number of the person who made the last modification to this record.
- Sender ID. This is the ID number of the person who sent this communication.
- Recip ID. This is the ID number of the client who received this communication.
- Content Summary. This is a short description of the communication.
- Content. This gives a detail description of the communication.
- Commentary. This lists the client's response concerning DePauw.
- Comm Type. This lists the type of communication.
- Owner ID. This is the ID of the person who owns this record.
- Owner Organization. This is the ID of the organization that the owner is under.
- Private Flag. "Y" means the content can be shared. "N" means that the content can not be shared.
The following are links that are displayed on the opened window:
- Individual Communication Menu. This link returns to the Individual Communication menu page.
- Contact Management Home. This link opens the CMR Home page.
The Update link is used to edit the communication information. Clicking on this link will open the Individual Communication form for this communication record.

The Expire link is used to end-date the record. The record will not show in the menu but will still remain in the database.
The Purge link will delete the communication information from the database. T
Attention: This action cannot be undone.
Clicking the Print This List link will print the displayed list.
The Contact Management Home link will navigate back to the CRM home page.
