CRM Miscellaneous Mail Send Page

 Miscellaneous communications are standard letters or post cards that are mailed to individuals rather than large audiences.  Miscellaneous Mail is run once per day. After it has been run, a student can be rerun the next day by re-adding the student and content on the Miscellaneous Mail form.  The Miscellaneous Mail Send page is used to send the mailings.

 

Navigating To

The Miscellaneous Mail Send page can be navigated to from the CRM home page.  The link is within the Miscellaneous Individual Mailings section.

• PROCESS MISC REQUEST:  Process the Individual Mail Requests.  Clicking on this link will open the Miscellaneous Mail Send page.

 

Instructions

• You may only run this process once a day. 
  
   
• It will notify you if there are no mailings to process.
   

• You may send the mailing by clicking the "Send" Link. This action will produce an Excel Spreadsheet to be used for the mailing.
  
   
• You may resend the mailing by clicking the "Resend" Link.
