The Recipient List Menu displays a list of mailings with their send date and recipients. A filter is used to view the desired mailings. This menu allows you to:
- Manually add a recipient to a Regular Mailing Send record.
- Purge the recipient record from the database.
The Recipient List menu can be navigated to from several areas.
- WHO: Reveiw a mailing. This link is on the CRM Home page within the Communications Processes section under Regular Mailings.
- Edit Recipient. This link is on the View screen of the selected Regular Mailing Send Menu item. The Edit Recipient link is next to the Date Sent field.
The Recipient List Menu opens to the recipient filter. The lists can be filtered up to three ways: person, content, and date sent. You can enter only one field or all of the fields.
- Person. Enter the name of audience in this field. Use the LOV Person Search to select the recipient.

- Content. Enter the content title in this field. Use the LOV Content Title Search to select the content title.
- (To Be) Sent Date. The Date From and Date To fields are used to select the dates that the communication was sent. Use the mm/dd/yyyy (ex. 12/05/2004).
The following are the information blocks on the Recipient List menu.
- ID. This is the record number for the recipient record.
- Regular Mailing. This is the title of the content. It also displays the date the communication was sent. The Regular Mailing Send record number is in parentheses.
- Recipient. This displays the Name of the recipient. The recipients ID number will be in parentheses.
The Add Record link is used to open the Recipient List form. This form is used to manually add a recipient to a Regular Mailing Send record.
The Purge link will delete the recipient record from the database.
Attention: This action can not be undone.
